Scallops in tempura batter with sweet chilli sauce

Marinated Monkfish and Tiger Prawn mini-kebabs with a tomato and coriander salsa

Creamy Smoked Mackerel Pat'e

Smoked Salmon with a chived cre'me fraiche

Steamed Mussels and Crayfish Tails with a Fennel and Bacon Cream Sauce

Al denté  fresh Pasta with pan fried wild mushrooms, baby leeks & parmesan cheese

 

Main Course

Medley of Devonshire Medallions

 Seared noisette of venison, pan fried fillet of beef and roasted rack of lamb

Selection of seasonal vegetables, Béarnaise sauce, cranberry compote,

fresh mint jelly & a Burgundy jus

New Year’s Eve  aromatic sponge with a citrus cream

Dark, white and mocha chocolate Tart with raspberry Eau de Vie

Whole Pear poached in red wine, vanilla & cinnamon with vanilla ice cream

Soft Vanilla Ice Cream in a florette of ginger crackling

 

Cheese                     A  trio of West Country Cheeses with fruit chutney, grapes and biscuits

Coffee               A selection of Coffee or Tea served with  a tempting chocolate truffle or two

Champagne                     Naturally, a glass of celebratory Fizz will be served at Midnight
