Policy Guidelines

Reservations
You don't need one but it certainly helps us & may be advisable - particularly at weekends, Festivals and the summer holidays.

Children
We welcome children BUT ….please don't forget that we are in the middle of a river so parents - please respect our '3 Metre Rule' & always keep children close to you. Buggies & prams resembling 4 wheel drive off-road vehicles are discouraged. Sorry - no children overnight.

Dogs
We like happy sociable dogs BUT …. please no growling, barking, biting or slobbering …very similar to our policy regarding children really.

Smoking
There are plenty of outside areas where you can smoke BUT …. as with everything, courtesy to others around you please.

Disabled / Special Needs
Regretfully, the boat is not suitable for wheelchairs. In all other aspects, we will assist wherever possible. Please call us in advance if in doubt.

Yacht Mooring
We usually have plenty of space alongside for our customers BUT …. Skippers of larger boats are asked to give us a call us in advance.
Sorry, but we discourage sleeping on your own boat overnight - please check in advance for our Cabin availability.

Televisions, DVD Players, Fruit Machines, Electronic Quiz Games etc
None ! We have a CD player (why not bring along your own favourite). Rarely, we are pressured into having a radio on for special events

Old Fashioned Games
We keep all sorts of games on board for children and adults alike - even a politically correct set of 'Mr Bun the Baker' for special occasions.

Special Diets
We will always endeavour to accommodate special requests regarding dietary requirements. If you are on a weight loss diet (who isn't ?) why not have an evening off - relax and enjoy yourself …. Remember - calories don't really count if consumed on water !

Politics & Religion
We're a fairly mixed bunch on board - easy going with open minds & we're usually happy to support you (or at least be sympathetic) if you feel the need to wax lyrical or rant & rave on the subject of your own particular political beef - but please …. no tantrums !
